I’ve been a Palm Beach Tan customer for three plus years now, so this review is long overdue. But after my visit last night, I felt it was absolutely necessary to share. While I was waiting for my spray tan, a group of very young, clearly underage girls came in attempting to tan. They were extremely rude, argumentative, and disrespectful toward the employees who were simply doing their jobs and following policy. The girls were told multiple times that they could not be helped, and instead of leaving, they kept coming in and out of the salon, becoming increasingly passive-aggressive. It was unsettling to watch, and honestly, no employee should have to deal with that kind of behavior. Huge shoutout to Myles and Olivia, because the way they handled the situation was beyond impressive. They stayed calm, patient, and professional the entire time. Myles explained the policy to the girls repeatedly with kindness and clarity, and Olivia backed him up with the same level of composure. They handled the situation far better than most people would have. It’s sad that these young girls behaved the way they did and even sadder that their parents allowed it but Myles and Olivia deserve major recognition for keeping their cool and maintaining such a high level of professionalism.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for Palm Beach Tan for the longest time. Every time I go in the staff is just so genuinely kind and helpful but by the time I leave I always forget to say something! This most recent visit really stood out. I actually went in planning to cancel my membership but Tori took the time to talk through my options and gently suggested freezing the account instead of canceling outright. She wasn’t pushy at all - just thoughtful & helpful. It felt like she actually cared about what made the most sense for me rather than just processing a transaction. That kind of customer service is rare. The whole team has always been welcoming, professional, and easy to talk to. It truly makes such a difference. So grateful for such a great experience every time I walk in! ✨

I absolutely love your manager, Tori . When I first came in, I wasn't sure if I wanted to get "another" membership because I have had many and never see them through. Her bubbly & confident personality sold me not only on the membership but also a place that I definitely wanted to come to on my lunch breaks or whatever and get a quick tan. I guess I just enjoy speaking with smart people and you hired a great one in her as she is not only smart but very inviting and sweet; I really like that in a person. It's actually kind of funny how I popped in that day. Ready for a quick story? This maybe too much information but who cares plus it's how I came back to Palm Beach Tan so here we go: It was a very weird and trying time for me as me and my "then" girlfriend had been doing this outdoor yoga in the hot sun at either my parents' house out back or in that park off Community House Road near my work. I have been focusing hard on losing weight the last few months, so I have been focusing on that and business, which she didn't like because it wasn't all about her, so we hadn't been getting along for a bit. We get in a major argument that day out in the middle of the field as we are getting rained on hard after working out for about an hour. Yea it was gloomy, but I thought it would be ok because she said it DEFINITELY won't rain as I kept on saying "You sure?" I asked her to check it because I was extremely busy that day as I was getting ready to go on a major trip which she also didn't like. She said it would be nice all day long. All day long? It rained all day long & for the next month. She really didn't look at the weather that day, I know she didn't, so we got in a major argument about it as we got rained on and my kicks are swampy wet which were brand new btw. I decided to storm off because I was getting mad and didn't want to hear her and needed to get some sun somehow and said to her "I will talk to you later." I went to Harris Teeter got one of those huge jugs of water & started chugging it down as I was walking to my car and looked to my left and thought I saw someone I knew coming from your doors, but it wasn't her as I looked up at your sign thinking, "I remember that place!" I remember I used to have a membership back in the day and said to myself, "They were cool." Perhaps I will go pay for one visit or maybe even two as I went back to my car. I started looking at the weather for the next few days. As I'm sitting in my car trying to cool my head I saw Tuesday-rain, Wednesday-rain, Thursday-rain. I was shaking my head in disbelief thinking this girl? Meaning my ex. I went in as Tori greeted my frustrated ass, so this was a perfect storm of sorts, and Tori definitely picked up on it & sold me and she also told me what I already knew as I told her I had been working out outside. She said it maybe raining for a while. Rain, the story of my life, I mean day lol. It's funny because not many can sell me as I'm a classic technical Salesman myself and know all the moves. I definitely got to give the kid her kudos. You got a special one there. I'll always come now

Shout out to Tori for changing the entire vibes inside this location. I used to dread coming in, but now I know no matter who’s working that day they’ll be warm and welcoming. Still not a fan of PBT. Hard to get a tan-a lot of time because bulbs are not replaced often enough. Still miss my South Beach in Stonecrest that PBT bought :(. But I’m thrilled for the new customer service at this location!! Give these girls a raise! They definitely earned one🙌🔥
